The Physics of Trust

Anchoring identity to phenomena that cannot be spoofed at scale.

00Abstract

Software-only identity verification carries an inherent ceiling: any signal that can be generated in software can be replicated by an attacker with sufficient compute. The production platform described in our whitepaper closes the response gap at signal speed. This companion documents the research frontier beyond it—a family of constructs that bind identity decisions to physical phenomena an attacker cannot reproduce without violating thermodynamic, kinematic, or relativistic constraints.

We present each program honestly, with its patent filing and its current stage of maturity. Some are reference implementations integrated with the live platform; others are prototypes; one waits on an ecosystem—the broad availability of low-Earth-orbit receivers—that is arriving but not yet ubiquitous. None of it is presented as a shipped guarantee. It is the direction of our research, and we would rather be precise about where the line sits than blur it.
